A residential property investment company seeking aggressive Canvassers to assist in identifying small to medium residential properties for potential resale in the metro Atlanta area. Set your own hours, dependable and work independently. Salary is based on Commission plus bonuses. Virtually unlimited income potential.

· Canvass neighborhoods taking pictures of selected properties

· Make phone calls, initiate sales and follow through 

· Attend weekly meetings and or conference calls

· Reliable transportation

Experience:

· 1 year sales experience but we are willing to train the right person

Education:

· High School Diploma or GED

Ideal Candidate:

· Possesses at least 2-3 years’ Sales experience

· Effective Interpersonal skills

· Excellent Customer Service 

· Possess Oral and Written Communication Skills
